PrequalReady is a workspace that keeps contractors qualified with their hiring clients. Here is who runs it, where it stands and how to reach us.
Why it exists
Hiring clients in energy and industry want their contractors qualified on ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce before they get on site or bid. Staying qualified is a year-round job: each client picks its own requirements, the same documents are tracked again and again, and one missed date can cost a grade.
That work usually lives in spreadsheets, shared folders and one person’s calendar. PrequalReady puts it in one workspace: each client’s list, each document once, every date, and a ranked list of what to do next.
Where it stands
PrequalReady opened for early access in September 2026. The app is live, and every account is free: nothing is charged and no card is asked for. We are learning from the first contractors which parts matter most, so your feedback shapes what comes next.
Paid plans will come later. We will tell every account owner at least 30 days before any paid plan applies, and paying will always be your choice, made inside your account.
How we work
We state what the product does and what it does not do. It never judges whether your documents are compliant and never promises a grade: the networks and your hiring clients decide. Your files stay private to your company, and you can download them at any time.
Who is behind it
PrequalReady is built and run by Roman Zabudskyi, an individual based in Ukraine. Questions go straight to the person who builds the product.
