1. The guides
| Guide | For | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| ISNetworld renewal checklist | Contractors | How to keep ISNetworld current: the dates that come back every year on ISNetworld, Avetta and Veriforce, what each one needs and where it comes from. |
| Manage multiple contractors’ ISNetworld accounts | Safety consultants | A weekly routine, what to track for each contractor, who does what, and why no one shares a login. |
| The Avetta annual update | Contractors on Avetta | What the yearly update asks for, the March 31 deadline, what happens after a missed date, and a checklist that starts in January. |
| Certificates of insurance for hiring clients | Contractors and their agents | What is checked on a certificate (limits, additional insured, waiver of subrogation, holder, dates), why every client differs, and a routine for each policy renewal. |
| Veriforce for contractors | Contractors on Veriforce | The calendar-year subscription, fees due January 31, the December 1 non-renewal notice, what contractors upload, and operator qualification basics. |
| ISNetworld grades explained | Contractors on ISNetworld | What ISNetworld publishes about grades and hiring client requirements, what some operators publish about their own grades, and what to check in your account. |
| Operator requirements | Contractors | What 20 operators and utilities, from Chord Energy to Williams, say contractors must do, from their own pages. |
| Free requirement checklist | Contractors | Pick your networks and hiring clients and get the items clients most often ask for, with sources and the dates that come back every year. Made in your browser; nothing is sent. |
| Consultant directory | Contractors who want help | 97 safety consulting firms, by state, whose own websites say they manage contractors’ ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce accounts. Free listings, no referral fees. |
2. How these guides are written
Each guide names the source of every claim about a network, an operator, a law or a deadline, and says when we opened it. Where a source shows no date, we say so. The guides are not legal or compliance advice: each hiring client sets its own requirements, and they change.
3. Keep it in one workspace
PrequalReady is a workspace that keeps each hiring client’s requirements, your documents and every expiry date in one place, and emails reminders before your dates. It does not log in to the networks for you. It is free during early access: see the demo, or the consultant view if you keep many contractors qualified.
