What exactly is PrequalReady?
A web workspace for contractors who must stay qualified on ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce. For each hiring client it keeps the list of requirements, the documents that satisfy them, what is missing and what expires. It ranks what to do next across all clients and emails reminders before dates.
It is the place where you keep your side of prequalification organized. The networks remain the place where you submit.
Who is it for?
Energy and industrial contractors, roughly 5 to 150 people, who work for hiring clients that require ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce. The work is usually done by the owner, an office manager, or a safety or compliance coordinator. It helps most when you have several hiring clients or more than one network.
Does it connect to ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce?
No. It does not log in to the networks, read your grades or submit anything. You keep working on the network as you do today; PrequalReady is where you track your side of it. That also means it never needs your network password.
Is PrequalReady part of ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce?
No. PrequalReady is independent software and is not affiliated with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce or any hiring client. Their names are used only to say which networks the workspace helps you keep up with; they belong to their owners.
Will it get us a better grade?
It helps you see what is missing, rejected or about to expire, so fewer things slip. The grade itself is decided by the network and your hiring client, and nobody but them can promise it.
We already track this in a spreadsheet. Why switch?
A spreadsheet can list requirements, but it does not know that one document covers the same item for three clients, rank what needs attention across all of them, or email you before a certificate expires. If your spreadsheet works for one client, it probably still works; the difference shows with several clients and networks.
Setup
How much work is the setup?
You can start with one client. Adding it creates its list right away; then you mark what you already have and upload documents as you go. There is no import from the networks, so the first pass is manual. After that, you mostly update statuses and dates.
Where do we start?
With the hiring client that matters most right now, for example the one with an upcoming bid or the lowest grade:
- Create your account and confirm your email.
- Name your company.
- Add the client and pick its network.
- Check its list against what the client shows you on the network, and set each status.
- Upload the documents you have, with their expiry dates.
Can we import our spreadsheet or pull data from the network?
Not today. There is no spreadsheet import and no connection to the networks. Clients, statuses and documents are entered in the app. Documents are uploaded one at a time.
Requirements
How does it know what my client requires?
When you add a client, its list starts from items that are common on that network: the questionnaire, insurance, injury statistics, training, common written programs and client-specific forms. Each item shows its source and the date it was checked.
Your client’s own list always wins: remove what it does not ask for and add what it does.
Which networks are supported?
ISNetworld, Avetta and Veriforce have starting lists. For any other network or a client’s own portal, such as PEC or ComplyWorks, choose “Other network”, give it a name and add the requirements yourself.
My client asks for something that is not on the list. What then?
Add it as a requirement on that client’s page, with a title and, if you like, a description. It then works like every other item: status, due date, notes and linked documents. An item you removed can be added back from the list.
Documents
Which files can we upload?
PDF, Word (.docx), PNG and JPG files, up to 20 MB each. Files are checked by their content, not only by their name, so a file that only pretends to be a PDF is refused.
Can one document count for several clients?
Yes. When you upload a document for one requirement, PrequalReady offers to use it for the same item in your other clients. You can also link an existing document to any requirement later. The document page lists every requirement it is used for.
What happens when we upload a new version?
The new file becomes the current version everywhere the document is linked. Older versions are kept and can still be downloaded from the document page. Update the expiry date when the new version has one.
Does PrequalReady check whether our documents are acceptable?
No. It checks that a file is a real PDF, Word, PNG or JPG file, not what it says. Whether a program or certificate meets a reviewer’s requirements is decided by the network and your hiring client. Statuses in the app are the ones you set.
Deadlines and reminders
Which dates does it track?
Three kinds, in one list:
- the expiry dates of your documents;
- the due dates you set on requirements;
- yearly network dates, such as posting the OSHA 300A summary and the Avetta annual update.
The list is grouped as past due or expired, the next 30 days, and later this year.
Who gets the reminder emails, and how often?
The company owner, at the confirmed email address of the account. PrequalReady checks the dates every day and sends an email 30, 14 and 3 days before each date, on the day, and once after it has passed. Several dates are combined into one email, at most one a day, and the same reminder is never sent twice.
Can we turn the reminders off?
Yes, in Settings, and back on the same way. The deadline list in the app stays either way. Reminder emails are a convenience: you remain responsible for your deadlines, even if an email is delayed or filtered as spam.
Security and data
Is our data safe, and where is it stored?
The app runs on Cloudflare, with the database and files in Eastern North America. Files are private and can only be downloaded through the app after an access check; other companies can never see your data. Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted and sign-in is rate-limited. More on the Security & data page and in the privacy notice.
Can PrequalReady staff see our documents?
Only if the company owner turns on support access in Settings. It lasts 7 days, can be ended at any time, and every visit is listed there. Operators can technically reach the database to run and repair the service, and do so only when that is needed.
Are our files backed up?
The database keeps a 30-day point-in-time history, so records can be recovered after a mistake. Files are stored privately but are not yet backed up separately, so keep your own copies of important documents.
How do we get our data out or deleted?
You can download any file from its document page at any time. To delete your account and company workspace, write to us from the account’s email address or send a data request; we delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Pricing and billing
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access. After that, a free plan for one network and up to two hiring clients, and the Workspace plan at $99 per month or $990 per year per company. See pricing.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial that turns into a payment. Early access is free, and the free plan stays free after it.
What happens when early access ends?
We email every account owner at least 30 days before, saying exactly what changes for your account and when. You then choose a plan inside your account. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan, and your data stays yours either way.
How will we pay, and can we cancel?
Inside your account, through a payment provider’s secure form; we never see or store card numbers. The plan is monthly or yearly, cancelled inside your account, and runs to the end of the period you paid for. Paid plans are not available yet; the exact terms will be published before they start.
Why per company and not per user?
Prequalification belongs to the company, not to one person. A per-company price stays the same when the people who do the work change.
Account
Can several people in our company use it?
During early access, each company has one login. Team members are not available yet. Please do not share one password between several people.
We did not get the confirmation email.
It comes from [email protected] and the link works for 24 hours. Check spam first. If it is not there or the link has expired, the app lets you ask for a new link on the confirmation screen. If that does not help, contact support.
How do I reset my password?
Use “Forgot your password?” on the log in page. The reset link works for 1 hour and only once.
We made a typo in the company name. Can we fix it?
Yes. The company owner can correct it in Settings, under Company. Other details, such as clients, statuses and document titles, can be edited where they are shown.
Support
How do I get help?
Use the support page or email [email protected]. Every message sent through the form gets a reference number, and we reply by email within one business day.
What should we not send in a support message?
Passwords, Social Security numbers and medical information. We never ask for your password. If support needs to look at your workspace, the company owner can allow it in Settings for 7 days.
Limits
Does it write safety programs or questionnaire answers?
Not today. PrequalReady organizes the documents you have and shows what is missing. It does not draft documents, and it does not check whether their content meets a reviewer’s requirements.
Is there a mobile app?
No separate app. The workspace works in a phone browser: check what is due, open a client, update a status. Uploading many files is easier on a computer.
What else does it not do yet?
- No connection to the networks; you submit there yourself.
- One login per company.
- No separate file backups; keep your originals.
- No self-service account deletion; we delete on request within 30 days.
- No two-step sign-in for customer accounts yet.
