These terms apply while PrequalReady is in early access. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you set up. Please also read the privacy notice.

1. Who we are

PrequalReady is operated by Roman Zabudskyi, an individual based in Ukraine ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What PrequalReady is

PrequalReady is a workspace for contractors who must stay qualified on networks such as ISNetworld, Avetta and Veriforce. For each hiring client it keeps the list of requirements, the documents that satisfy them, what is missing, what expires and what to do next. It sends reminder emails before your dates.

PrequalReady is not affiliated with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce or any hiring client, and it does not connect to their systems. You submit everything to the networks yourself.

3. What PrequalReady does not do

• It does not judge whether your documents are compliant, complete or acceptable. Statuses in the app are the ones you set.
• It does not guarantee any grade, approval, score or site access. Only the networks and your hiring clients decide those.
• The built-in requirement lists are common requirements with their sources, as a starting point. Your hiring client's own requirements always win. Confirm what applies to each client and remove what does not.
• Reminder emails are a convenience. You remain responsible for your deadlines, even if an email is delayed, filtered as spam or turned off.
• It is not legal, insurance or safety-engineering advice.

4. Early access and fees

During early access PrequalReady is free, and we do not ask for payment details. The prices on our website show the plans we intend to offer. Before any paid plan applies to your company, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. Paying will be your choice, made inside your account; nothing is ever charged automatically from early access.

Early access software changes often. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. If we end early access or shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can download your files.

5. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Only set up a company you are authorized to act for.
• One account holds one company workspace during early access.

6. Your content

You own everything you enter and upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide PrequalReady to you, and to send you the emails described in the privacy notice. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

Do not upload Social Security numbers, medical records or personal files of your employees. During early access, keep your own copies of important documents: files you upload are stored privately, but they are not yet backed up separately.

7. Support access

PrequalReady support can open your company workspace only if the company owner turns on support access in Settings. Access ends after 7 days or when the owner ends it, and every visit is listed in Settings.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use PrequalReady to break the law or anyone's rights. Do not try to access other companies' data, test our security without our written permission, overload the service, or upload malware. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using PrequalReady at any time. To delete your account and company workspace, write to us from the account's email address; we delete it within 30 days, as described in the privacy notice. We may close accounts that break these terms. Except in cases of abuse, we will tell you first and give you time to download your files.

10. No warranty

PrequalReady is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet any network's or client's requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost contracts, bids, site access, grades, profits or data;
• our total liability for any claim about PrequalReady is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. We update the date at the top. For changes that matter, such as fees, we email account owners at least 30 days before they apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or business protections of the place where you are based.
