You can cancel at any time. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. After that we do not refund part of a month, and your plan stays active to the end of the month you paid for.
This is the refund policy for paid PrequalReady plans and pilots. The same rules are written in the terms of service. PrequalReady is free during early access, so there is nothing to refund until you choose to pay.
1. What this covers
Any payment for a paid plan or pilot, whether you pay by invoice, by a payment link or at a checkout. The prices are the ones on the pricing page, in US dollars. Where tax applies, it is shown before you pay.
2. Cancel at any time
Plans are monthly. You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]. When paid plans are available inside your account, you can cancel there as well. Cancelling stops the next payment, and your plan stays active to the end of the month you already paid for.
3. Your first payment: 14 days
If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. Once it is refunded, the paid plan ends.
4. After 14 days
After the first 14 days there are no pro-rata refunds: you are not refunded for the part of a month you did not use. The 14 days apply to your first payment only, so cancel before the month renews if you do not want the next one.
If you choose the yearly price, the same rules apply, with a year in place of a month.
5. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on your account or on your invoice, and write “refund” in the subject. Give your company name and, if you have it, the invoice number or the date you paid. We reply within one business day. You can also use the support form.
6. How the money comes back
We return the money the way you paid, through the payment service or merchant of record that took the payment, or to the account that paid the invoice, and we tell you when it is sent. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.
PrequalReady is operated by Roman Zabudskyi, an individual based in Ukraine. A merchant of record or payment service may take the payment; it is named before you pay. Questions about this policy: [email protected]. See also the terms of service and the privacy notice.
