This page is our summary of what ConocoPhillips publishes, in our own words. It is not ConocoPhillips’ requirement list and it can be out of date. PrequalReady is not affiliated with ConocoPhillips, ISNetworld or any other network or operator.
1. Which network ConocoPhillips names
ISNetworld, in one place. ConocoPhillips’ Supplier Relations and Supply Chain pages name no prequalification network. Its Lower 48 HSE policies page says its HSE policies are key elements of standard contract requirements and links five exhibits. Exhibit 3, the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Requirements (revision date 12/10/2025), says a contractor enters monthly injury and illness information in ISNetworld if ConocoPhillips requires it to keep an ISNetworld subscription.
2. What the sources say contractors must do
- Follow the exhibit and the company policies. Exhibit 3 sets the minimum HSE requirements for any work at any site in the contiguous United States. The policies include its Lower 48 HSE management system and handbook, its Life Saving Rules and its Process Safety Fundamentals; where they conflict, the most stringent applies.
- Stop work and meetings. Every person at a site can stop work. Contractors hold a kickoff meeting for everyone before work and short daily meetings before work starts.
- Readiness review. A contractor may have to take part in a Pre-Commencement HSE Readiness Review. If the review finds gaps, the contractor writes a corrective action plan that ConocoPhillips approves, and starting work may be delayed.
- Subcontractors and training. Subcontractors on ConocoPhillips assets must comply fully. Contractors provide the safety training the work needs and keep required certifications and training current.
- Reporting. Report incidents and injuries immediately under ConocoPhillips’ procedures, report man-hours worked each month, and, if ConocoPhillips requires an ISNetworld subscription, enter the monthly injury and illness information there.
- Programs. Have an environmental program and an emergency response plan, a short service employee program, and take part in a worker safety engagement program such as behavior-based safety. ConocoPhillips also contracts an injury management service; a contractor may use another provider at its own expense if it offers equivalent services.
- Governed levels. ConocoPhillips sorts work into four governed levels by site exposure, high-risk activities and exposure hours, and adds HSE requirements by level, for example verifying personnel qualifications before they start.
- Supplier basics. ConocoPhillips says it never asks suppliers for fees to become a supplier, and issues purchase orders through its GEP portal, not by email. Its Supplier Expectations cover integrity, labor and human rights, health, safety and environment, and sustainable development.
3. The yearly dates that apply
If ConocoPhillips requires you to keep an ISNetworld subscription, these dates apply to it, whichever hiring client asked for it. The ISNetworld renewal checklist explains each one and shows its source.
- Every year, on or before the anniversary of your ISN activation date: pay the annual fee to renew your ISNetworld subscription (ISN User Agreement).
- February 1, until April 30: post the OSHA 300A summary, if you must keep OSHA injury and illness records (OSHA 29 CFR 1904.32).
- March 2: submit the 300A to OSHA online, if your establishment is covered (OSHA 29 CFR 1904.41).
- Every month: report man-hours worked for ConocoPhillips, and, if ISNetworld is required, enter the month’s injury and illness information there (Exhibit 3, sections 9.5 and 9.6).
4. Confirm with ConocoPhillips
Requirements change. The pages we read show no date; Exhibit 3 shows a revision date of 12/10/2025. This page covers the Lower 48; ConocoPhillips has other business units with their own documents. Before you rely on any item here, confirm it with ConocoPhillips and in your contract.
Other operators: Occidental (Oxy), Continental Resources, Devon Energy, Ovintiv, Phillips 66, or all operator pages.

6. Keep it in one workspace
PrequalReady is a workspace that keeps each hiring client’s requirements, your documents and every expiry date in one place, and emails reminders before your dates. It does not log in to ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce for you, and it does not judge whether your documents are acceptable. It is free during early access. Keeping many contractors qualified?
