This page is our summary of what EQT publishes, in our own words. It is not EQT’s requirement list and it can be out of date. PrequalReady is not affiliated with EQT, ISNetworld or any other network or operator.
1. Which network EQT uses
ISNetworld (ISN). EQT’s Safety page says EQT uses ISNetworld, a third-party online platform, to monitor contractors’ safety metrics, programs and performance, to set minimum safety requirements, and to qualify contractors before they are authorized to begin work for EQT.
2. What the sources say contractors must do
- Match EQT’s commitment to safety. EQT says every service company it contracts workers with must mirror its commitment to safety.
- Be qualified through ISNetworld first. The page says contractors are qualified through the platform before they get authorization to begin work.
- Contractor safety orientation. Completion must be documented for everyone, contractors and subcontractors, who works on EQT premises. EQT says the orientation is required annually or when its Contractor Safe Work Rules change, and that a separate site or project orientation may also be required.
- Stop-work authority. EQT says contractors, like employees, have the authority and the obligation to stop work they question.
- The supplier form. EQT’s Prospective Supplier form for new service providers asks whether the company has a formal safety program, and for its ISN registration number.
- What the pages do not say. The EQT pages we read do not list the documents EQT reviews in ISNetworld, or a minimum grade. Ask EQT, or check the requirements shown in your ISNetworld account.
3. The yearly dates that apply
These dates apply to any contractor on ISNetworld, whichever hiring client asked for it. The ISNetworld renewal checklist explains each one and shows its source.
- Every year, on or before the anniversary of your ISN activation date: pay the annual fee to renew your ISNetworld subscription (ISN User Agreement).
- February 1, until April 30: post the OSHA 300A summary, if you must keep OSHA injury and illness records (OSHA 29 CFR 1904.32).
- March 2: submit the 300A to OSHA online, if your establishment is covered (OSHA 29 CFR 1904.41).
- Every year, or when EQT’s Contractor Safe Work Rules change: the contractor safety orientation record for everyone on EQT premises, as EQT’s Safety page describes it.
4. Confirm with EQT
Requirements change, and the pages we read show no date. Before you rely on any item here, confirm it with EQT and in your own ISNetworld account, where each hiring client’s requirements are listed.
Other operators: Chord Energy, Devon Energy, Kinder Morgan, Ovintiv, or all operator pages.
5. Sources
Every source was opened on October 14, 2026.
- EQT, Safety (no date on the page).
- EQT, Prospective Supplier (no date on the page).
- ISNetworld, User Agreement for contractors and suppliers (no date on the page).
- OSHA, 29 CFR 1904.32 and 29 CFR 1904.41.
PrequalReady is not affiliated with EQT, ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce or any hiring client. Their names belong to their owners.
6. Keep it in one workspace
PrequalReady is a workspace that keeps each hiring client’s requirements, your documents and every expiry date in one place, and emails reminders before your dates. It does not log in to ISNetworld for you, and it does not judge whether your documents are acceptable. It is free during early access. Keeping many contractors qualified? See the consultant view.
Start with the free checklist: the items hiring clients most often ask for, with their sources and the yearly dates, and EQT already filled in. No account; nothing is sent anywhere.
